Mella Cosmetix Booking Policy: 30% Deposit Requirement

At Mella Cosmetix, we strive to offer exceptional service to every client. To ensure we can accommodate your appointment and provide the best experience possible, we require a 30% deposit to secure all bookings.

Booking Process:

  • A non-refundable 30% deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your appointment.

  • The deposit will be applied towards your total service cost.

  • Your appointment is not secured until the deposit has been received.

Rescheduling & Cancellations:

  • If you need to reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Your deposit will be transferred to your new appointment date.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

  • Failure to attend your appointment without prior notice will also result in the loss of the deposit.

Late Arrivals:

  • We understand that things happen, but please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled, and the deposit forfeited.
